Hey guys Tarig here

Since it has become increasingly difficult to sift through comments about issues you guys are having with our mods, which could appear almost anywhere on our site, I have decided to restrict comments to blog posts. We still would love to here from you in our forums, or the minecraft Forums threads specific to our mods. Hopefully this will allow us to solve any issues you guys have in a timely manner.

Little Blocks creation contest

Posted by on Nov 11, 2013 in News | 5,096 comments

Greetings everyone,

We are planning on making a new presentation video for our mod Little Blocks. In order to make it as awesome as possible we want to feature your creations.

We decided to organize a creation contest to be able to select the best creations for the video.

An entry for the contest will consist in a mail to slimevoid AT with a short description, one or multiples pictures, an archive of your Minecraft world (1.5.2 or 1.6.4) and the coordinates where we can find the creation.

You can submit multiple entries.

Each entry is either a “Redstone Entry” or a “Construction Entry”.

The mail object needs to be of the form “[RedstoneEntry]…” or “[ConstructionEntry]…”.

All submissions will be closed in one month (on 11/12/2013).

We can’t wait to look at your creations.

Edit, additional rules:

If you are using other mods you need to provide a link that gives everything needed to get the mod working and your configuration files (if you modified anything). In that case showing the compatibility between the mods you are using and Little Blocks is an important point and your submission will be evaluated in the “modded” sub-category of Redstone or Construction which means that we’ll select as much vanilla entries than modded entries.

If the interesting part of the creation is how the thing looks then it can be eligible for the construction category and if the interesting part is the redstone circuitry then it can be eligible for the redstone category. If both are interesting it can be eligible for both.

New release system

Posted by on Nov 6, 2013 in News | 3,028 comments

Hey guys, our old way of releasing thing was messy with outdated stuff everywhere and some pages weren’t even working.

That’s why we decided to change this. Now instead of having a download page per mod we have a download page per Minecraft version holding the lastest releases of every mod for this version.

We think that it will be a lot simpler that way to handle release for us and to download them for you.

With this comes the update Little Blocks for Minecraft 1.6.4, have some nice times with that!

Thanks everyone for using our mods :)

SlimeVoid to procure Wireless Redstone

Posted by on Apr 26, 2013 in News | 1,007 comments

Hello Everybody,

While you’re all eagerly awaiting the update to LittleBlocks I thought I’d take a moment to mention some very big news.

As you might be aware, Ali4z has stepped down as Producer and Senior Developer of the famous Wireless Redstone Mod, while this is sad news for the Modding community, fear not, SlimeVoid is here to take up the mantle and hopefully continue on the great work of Ali4z.

Eurymachus has been working alongside Ali4z for almost 2 years heavily involved in the development of the mod and migration over to Minecraft Forge. This is the main reason Ali4z chose to hand over the project to SlimeVoid, it was the most logical choice for continued development and consistency with the mod.

Ali has and will still remain an integral voice in the direction of the Wireless Redstone mod and he will remain a Consultant in the Development, however ownership and distribution has been handed over to SlimeVoid.

We hope you will all be sad to see Ali leave and equally happy to see us continue his great project.
